OneClickTV servers: status, switching and the streaming connection
For OneClickTV customers: see which servers work from your internet connection, and switch with one press.
Step by step
- 1
See the servers
Settings › Playlists, below your playlists. Each server shows its status from your own connection — “Online · 85 ms”, “Blocked by your internet provider”, “Works only with VPN” — and the one in use has a gold “IN USE” badge.
- 2
Switch
Highlight another server (“Use this server ›”) and press OK. Switching takes seconds: nothing is downloaded again, and favourites, history, recordings and downloads are kept.
- 3
Check again
“Check servers now” tests every server from your TV. The app also checks every 15 minutes and switches by itself when the server in use stops working.
- 4
If your internet provider blocks streams
Settings › Network Optimization › “Improve streaming on a throttled connection” sends your streams through an encrypted 1ClickTV connection. The app turns it on by itself when every direct server is blocked.
Tips & tricks
- Using a VPN on your device? The app moves to the servers that work with it, and back when you turn the VPN off.
- If streams keep stopping, the app may offer “Turn it on” for the streaming connection — choose it.
