Network Optimization: DNS, streaming connection, proxy and connection test
Tools for a slow, blocked or unstable internet connection — they affect only 1ClickTV.
Step by step
- 1
Run a connection test
Settings › Network Optimization › “Run connection test” checks your internet, DNS, the playlist server, your login and stream access, each marked Good, Check or Failed.
- 2
Change DNS
“DNS provider”: System default, Cloudflare, Google, Quad9 or your own secure DNS link. Try another one when servers are blocked by name.
- 3
Streaming connection (OneClickTV)
“Improve streaming on a throttled connection” routes streams through an encrypted 1ClickTV connection when your internet provider slows down or blocks them.
- 4
Stream stability
“Auto-retry failed streams”, “Retry attempts”, “Retry delay”, “Reconnect on stream drop” and “Buffer size” (Low latency / Balanced / Stable) help on unstable lines.
Tips & tricks
- A proxy (HTTP or SOCKS5) is available for advanced users under “Proxy type”.
- On a box with little memory, “Low-RAM network mode” and Settings › Performance › “Low-RAM mode” keep things smooth.
