Frequently asked questions

Everything about installing, using and licensing 1ClickTV Player.

Important:1ClickTV Player is a media player. It does not include channels, subscriptions, or copyrighted content by default. You must use your own authorized IPTV playlist or provider account.

1ClickTV Player is a top choice for Android TV, Google TV and Fire TV. It’s built around the TV remote with fast D-pad navigation, supports Xtream Codes and M3U playlists, and includes an EPG TV guide, Multi-view, DVR, a multi-playlist library and QR phone login. It’s a player only — you bring your own authorized IPTV provider.

No. 1ClickTV Player is a media player. It does not include any channels, subscriptions, or copyrighted content by default. You use your own authorized IPTV playlist or provider account.

Yes. The app plays streams from an IPTV source you provide — either an Xtream Codes account or an M3U playlist URL from a provider you’re authorized to use.

The app is free to download. Depending on how you obtained it, ongoing use may involve a free trial and then a device license — see the questions below.

If you have an active, valid official 1ClickTV account connected, the app is free to use — including with your other external playlists — with no separate license required while that account stays active.

Absolutely. You can add any authorized Xtream Codes or M3U provider, and even combine several in one unified library.

When you use an external playlist without an active official 1ClickTV account, the device gets a free trial (about 6 days). After it ends, external playlists need a device license to continue. Your favorites, recordings and settings are never deleted.

Open the License screen, copy your Device ID / App MAC ID, and send it to support (or your reseller). Once your device is activated, press “Refresh License” and the app unlocks.

It’s shown on the License / Account screen inside the app, with a “Copy Device ID” button. Support needs this to activate your device.

Install the free Downloader app on your TV, allow unknown apps, enter the 1ClickTV Downloader code shown on our Download page, and it fetches the installer. Full steps are on the Tutorials page.

When a new version is out, download it the same way you installed (Downloader code or APK) and install over the top — your data stays intact.

Yes. 1ClickTV Player works on Fire TV Stick and Fire TV devices, as well as Android TV, Google TV and Android TV boxes.

Not yet. LG webOS and Samsung Tizen are Coming Soon; Roku and VIDAA are Planned. Use the “Notify Me” form on the Roadmap page and we’ll email you at launch.

Settings → Playlists → select the playlist → Edit login, then update the Server URL or M3U link. Your favorites, DVR and history are preserved.

Most stream problems come from the provider or the connection, not the player. Test the same login in another app; if it also fails, contact your IPTV provider. Try Network Optimization (DNS/retries) for buffering.

These come from your provider/network. 451 = content blocked/unavailable. 407 = proxy authentication required (check proxy settings). 458 = provider access issue (usually an account/host problem to raise with your provider).
