This policy explains what data this website (the 1ClickTV Player promotional site) collects and how it is used.1ClickTV Player is a media player application; this policy covers the website, not the streams you play inside the app.

Information we collect

Contact & support forms. When you submit the support or “Notify Me” form, we receive the details you enter — such as your name, email, device model, app version and Device ID / App MAC ID — solely to answer your request or notify you about a platform launch.

We do not ask for IPTV credentials. Please never submit your IPTV username or password on this website. Support only needs your Device ID to help with the app.

Cookies & analytics

This site is a static website and does not set advertising cookies. If privacy-friendly analytics are enabled in the future, they will be used only to understand aggregate traffic (page views), never to identify you personally.

How we use your information

We use the information you provide only to: respond to support requests, activate a device license when you ask us to, and send the platform-launch notification you signed up for. We do not sell your data.
