How to change your login details or server address

Your provider gave you a new server, username or password? Update it without losing anything.

Step by step

   Open Edit login details

   Settings › Playlists › “Edit login details” (pick the playlist if you have several).

   Change what is new

   Update the Server URL, Username, Password (leave it as it is to keep the current one), the M3U link, or the optional EPG URL.

   Test and save

   Press “Test & Save” and confirm. The app checks the new details before replacing the old ones.

4. 4

   Check the result

   “Playlist Updated” means you are done. If some recordings could not be matched, “Review Issues” opens Playlist Repair to fix them.

Tips & tricks

• Favourites, watch history, recordings and settings stay attached to the playlist.
• OneClickTV customers never need to change a server address — the app does it. Only the username and password can be edited.

If something goes wrong

• ⚠“Couldn’t Update Login”: the new details were refused, and your old ones are kept. Choose “Edit Again”.
