How to renew your OneClickTV subscription from the TV

Before your subscription ends, the app reminds you and shows QR codes to renew or contact OneClickTV from your phone.

Step by step

The reminder
7, 3 and 1 days before the end — and on the last day — a banner on Home says “Your OneClickTV subscription ends soon”. Press ▲ from the section cards to reach it.

Open Renew
Press OK on “Renew”. QR codes appear: “Renew online”, “Ask on WhatsApp” and “Message us on Telegram”.

Scan with your phone
Point your phone camera at a code: renew on the website, or open a chat with OneClickTV. Nothing about your account is inside the codes.

Keep watching
After renewing, your login, favourites and everything else stay the same. The banner goes away once the app sees the new end date (after the next refresh).

“Later” hides the banner until tomorrow; “Remind me tomorrow” in the QR window does the same.
Your end date is also in Settings › Account Info.
On a phone, the same reminder is a card on Home, and its buttons open the website, WhatsApp or Telegram directly.

Reminder: 1ClickTV Player is a media player — bring your own authorized IPTV playlist or provider.
