How to activate your app license (if required)
Activate your device when the app asks for a license.

Step by step
- 1
Find your Device ID
The License screen shows your Device ID / App MAC ID. You can also copy it there.

Send it to support
Share your Device ID with support (or your reseller) to activate your device.

Refresh
Once activated, press “Refresh License” — the app unlocks automatically.

Troubleshooting
- ⚠Still locked after activation? Give it a minute and press Refresh again; the app re-checks in the background.
